How a book works
Write on the top sheet. The copy stays put.
These are NCR books — no carbon sheet to insert. The top copy is perforated so it can be handed to a student, a driver, or a customer. The duplicate stays bound as the record. Triplicate titles add a third part where the office needs its own copy.

Keep the record
Issue the perforated top copy. The duplicate stays in the book for your files.
